Letter from Elizabeth Lillian Knight regarding her son's whereabouts

Dear Mr. Loew,

Received your letter this morning in regards to my son Lawrence. I have no idea where he is or where I can contact him. The last I have heard from him was a year or more ago.

The only thing I can say is whatever Ruth thinks is the best for the baby should be done. I am sorry that I can't help you but as Ruth knows it is very hard to keep up with my son's whereabouts. If at any time I do hear from him I will gladly tell him of your letter and ask him to get in touch with you.
